I don’t have access to my subscription purchase

If you’ve purchased Opal Pro via the AppStore or via Stripe and do not see it reflected within your Opal account on the iOS version, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm you have signed up for an Opal account

You may confirm that you’ve signed up for an Opal account by opening the Opal app and following these steps:

  • Tap on “Home”
  • Tap on “Profile” (accessible from the top right corner)
  • Tap on “Settings” (accessible from the top right corner)
  • Tap on “My Account”
  • Observe that a phone number or email is listed

❗ If you are prompted at any point to sign-up or sign-in to your account, please do so.

2. Restore Purchase

If you’ve purchased a subscription and do not see it listed at the top of your Settings page, you will need to restore your purchase. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Tap on “Home”
  • Tap on “Profile” (accessible from the top right corner)
  • Tap on “Settings” (accessible from the top right corner)
  • Scroll down and tap on “Restore Purchase”

Once those actions are complete, your subscription should be associated with your Opal account.

❗ Please note that it may take a few hours for the AppStore to correctly associate your Opal Pro subscription with your existing account. If you have waited for a few hours and already attempted to Restore Purchase, please contact Support.
