How to contact Opal Support via the iOS App
We have a Support Chat available inside the iOS version of the app. To access it, follow these steps:
- Open the Opal App
- Tap on the “Home” tab
- Tap on “Profile” (accessible from the profile icon in the top right corner)
- Tap on “Settings” (accessible from the gear icon in the top right corner)
- Tap on "Support"
- Input your inquiry
Please note that you will chat with our Chatbot, which can answer most common questions about Opal. However, if you need additional assistance after following the recommended troubleshooting steps, you can may contact Support directly within the chat by requesting human assistance. Our human support team aims to reply within two business days; if you send multiple tickets, they will be merged into a single reply.

Got a feature you’d love to see in Opal? You may directly contact Support to request features or improvements using the instructions listed above.
