Thank you for purchasing Opal Pro! If you would like to receive an invoice or itemized receipt for your subscription, here's how.
If you purchased a subscription from the App Store
If you would like an invoice or itemized receipt for your Opal Pro subscription purchased from the App Store, take these steps:
- Log into Apple using your Apple ID
- A list of your purchases will appear
- Tap the date on the corresponding purchase
- Click "View Invoice"
Note that multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto a single charge.
If you purchased a subscription from the Play Store
If you would like an invoice or itemized receipt for your Opal Pro subscription purchased from the Play Store, take these steps:
- Navigate to the Google payments center
- Sign in to your Google Account
- Select "Activity"
- Select your order
If you purchased your subscription directly from the Opal website
If you purchased a subscription through our website, you should have received a receipt directly in the email you used to subscribe. If you're not seeing it, please check your Spam inbox. You may also access your invoice by logging into your Stripe Dashboard here.
If you purchased your subscription from the Opal Mac App
If you purchased a subscription through the Mac App, the subscription purchase is managed via Stripe. You should have received a receipt directly in the email you used to subscribe. If you're not seeing it, please check your Spam inbox. You may also access your invoice by logging into the Mac App Stripe Dashboard here.
