How to receive an invoice

Thank you for purchasing Opal Pro! If you would like to receive an invoice or itemised receipt for your subscription, here's how.

If you purchased your subscription via the App Store

If you would like an invoice or itemised receipt for your Opal Pro subscription purchased from the App Store, take these steps:

  • Log into Apple using your Apple ID
  • A list of your purchases will appear
  • Tap the date on the corresponding purchase
  • Click "View Invoice"

❗ If you’ve made multiple purchases via the App Store, they may be grouped into a single charge.

If you purchased your subscription via the Opal website

If you purchased a subscription through our website, the subscription purchase is managed via Stripe. You should have received a receipt directly via the email used to subscribe. If you did not receive your receipt, please check your Spam inbox. You may also access your invoice by logging into your Stripe Dashboard with your purchasing email here.

If you purchased your subscription via the Opal Mac App

If you purchased a subscription through the Mac App, the subscription purchase is managed via Stripe. You should have received a receipt directly via the email used to subscribe. If you did not receive your receipt, please check your Spam inbox. You may also access your invoice by logging into your Mac App Stripe Dashboard with your purchasing email here.
